yoga
I would start with just basic yoga, nothing to crazy, just bcause you just had a baby and all, there is this great one I do every morning, it is by marla stewert the show is called living yoga, I love it, it would be a great one to get stated in, after you get going and feel up to it there is baby salsa, you put baby in a sling or one of those things they sit in and you were them on the front of you, and then do salsa with your baby, it is a great workout and baby loves it they just fall asleep. You can do this untill baby is 12months old or starts to get to heavy for you.. I used to do it when my daughter was younger, up untill she was 12 months now she is 2 and she just dances along with me.
