Is housework also included with bleesing your heart with movement?

What about shining your sink? I do not have a dishwasher so if I shine my sink as soon as some dishes come along the sink will be dirty again due to insufficient bench space. How do I get around this, or does it not matter about shining my sink?

I am a severley fallen flylady. 
Do it just before you go to bed at night after everyone else has gone to bed...Least that way it will stay clean til morning lol
It looks good twice a day then...When you get up and when you go to bed.
It's funny how waking up to a shiny sink makes you feel better and more able to face the day
