Twenty plus parents

Hi there. Does anyone still use this group? I'm a step-mother to an 11 3/4yo boy, and mother to 2 girls, a 5 2/3yo bull-at-a-gate and a 2yo with cerebral palsy. I hope to hear from you soon.

Hi all,
I have recently joined minti so im still learning (please be patient LOL)
I too am a young mum, I had my first son at 16, my second at 19 and my third at 23.
Si I know how hard it is to put up with people critisising and looking at you wierd, the hardest thing for me was when i took my son for his first day of school and I heard someone talking to him saying "oh isnt that nice your big sister brought you to school" and I heard him say "HA HA thats not my sister thats just my mum!" Omg i could have dropped dead on the spot LOL..
Anyway Im hoping to make friends with people who are in the same situation as me so we can chat about all the pro's and con's about having your kids while your younger than most!!!

its funny how what ever age we are when we have children it seems people ave a prob recently started going to playgroup im 24 and thier all older or younger theres a tention in the air of disaprovement why?????? aslong as were good mums whats there proiblem????

always wanted kids young and was trying for a few years had a few mc that set me back but as my mum was 30 when she had me i saw the probl.ems by the time i was 10 she was having womens troubles and at 15 she had an historectomy cant spell atsorry ut you get the idea i missed out on alot and wanted to be young and fit love being active with mac now we walk upto 4 hrs a day cant see my mum doing that, not her fault she couldnt haveknown how things were going to turn out but it made me think....

Hi guys, just thought I would introduce myself - I am a 25 year old mother of three. my eldest is 5 1/2 and my youngest is 5 months. I love being a young stay at home mum. I wanted to have four children but will have to wait and see if my health will allow it.

Hey guys i had my son when i was 18, (im 23 now) i wasnt the best mother for the first year of his life, then was ok, i had my daughter on 05 she is nearly two. i love my children to bits! My daughter is in the photo she is about 3 mins old. Im getting soooo clucky!!! I want another baby

I was 15 when i fell pregnant with j, and then had her at 16, i fell preganat with jess at 19, Im now 22. I dont thing age effected my parenting. I protect, love, nurture and nourise my childres just as any other mother would.. he he and i still like to play barbies with them.. lol
