Hi,

this groups very quiet so i thought i would pop in and let you all know my beautiful daughter is now 11 months old and was born in October 2007. She had just started pulling herself along on her tummy and has only just got her first tooth, it is one of her top teeth so it looks a little strange.

Would love to know what everyone else little mircles are up to.

Hi Everyone.. i have a little girl called Charlotte Ayva' Lily.. she was born in July 07.. exactly 2 weeks "over" ...i was due to go in for inducement the next day.. PHEW!

She is a real little talker, crawler, eater.. hahah everything she does she definately doesnt do by halves... making for one very exhausted mama...

My gorgeous girl, Kaitlin Lita, was born on 5 November at 5.28am weighing 3.79kg and 52cm long.  She was 6 days overdue and my labour lasted 1 1/2 hours.  She is now 4 1/2 mths old and very talkative.

My little buttercup Christabelle was born on 24th Feb 2007. She was born at 30 weeks gestation by emergency c-section because of my pre-eclampsia. Her actual due date was 5th May. She is now 10 1/2 months old, but becoz she was premie, her corrected age is 8 months (i.e her physical development is that of an 8 month old). Hopefully by the time she turns 2 she will catch up with all other 2 year olds. At the moment she can sit up on her own and also crawl backwards only. It seems to work for her so we're happy with that. She doesnt have any teeth yet but it seems to be hiding under her gums. "Any day now" i keep saying, but i've been saying that for over a month now. Hmmm.. when will that big day be??

Oh well i'll keep you updated on my little angel.

Are there any other moms here with an April baby? and/or a baby born in 2004? I have two boys one born in 2004 and one in 2007...I'd really like to share experiences with someone in a similar situation...I also started a new group on here for April 2007 baby boys. Please join!

i think i need a no spill cup I gave Samuel a baby cup of water after tea today and he wanted to take it off me He is so much more inedependant thant Josh was (and still is)

Samuel is already trying to take the spoon off me but Josh wants us to feed him still and then when I gave Samuel a drink out of the cup he wanted to take it off me I gave it to him and he is trying to learn to use it. When I took it off him he cried so I had to give it back to him.

At least it is only water but I think I know need to invest in a non spill baby cup. Josh would not drink out of one so we do not own one.

PS ANyone know of a good brand that is easy to use and for baby to get used to?

Hi there! I just joined tonight. My first bubby was born 9 March by emergency C section. He was 3.76kg and 53cm.

He's now 8.29kg and 76cm.

He's gorgeous and quite a show off!  Looks exactly like his daddy did when he was a bubby. Same amount of hair as his daddy has too  LOL

Hi, my baby Jordan was born in February.  He is my first and is proving to make 2007 the most special year of my life.  Although we have a few ups and downs, I enjoy learning all the fantastic new things that come with raising a baby. 

One of my favourite things in the whole world is to make him laugh.

Hi, My Baby girl was born on the 18th of Jan 07, I had a fast natural birth 3hrs & 45 min for my first baby & no drugs, she was meant to be born the next day by C-section because of medical probs with her but she had other plans & came early, her name Is Matilda, she weighed in at 3.1kg, Matilda is now 5 months old & is on meds for reflux & other probs in which she might be cleared of this other problem but we will not find out for another week. We are happy to have her in our lives, at 20 weeks we thought we were going to have to abort cause of medical probs & she wasn't able to survive outside the womb but I'm sure glad to have her.

Hi, my 3rd child was born on the 28th Jan,we named her Bridget, her birth weight was 7lb 12.5 oz or 3525grams, she is just over 8 weeks old and now weighs 4800grams, we have a 5yo boy Bradley and a 2.5yo girl Rebecca.

#3 is due April 18, #2 will be 1 on February 28, and #1 turned four on January 1.

I am a SAHM, I also run a dayhome with 8 kids total!  I am 29 years old, and am pleased to say that my family will be complete after the birth of #3 and BEFORE I turn 30, which is important to me.  Not taking away from all of the wonderful over 30 preggers out there!!!

I live in AB, Canada, and love it.
