I had friends who were trying to set me up with a man. they were married and wanted me to settle down because I had been so hurt my motto was treat them mean keep them keen hehe. Well they introduced me to this guy and I told them nah was not interested any way got to talking with him and he was a nice guy fun to be around and a bit of a stirrer like me hehe. So to cut a long story short she had a mutual friend pull up that i had been kind of upset with because of a comment she made about my child rearing abilities so we decided to stir her as she had told my friend that ken would never be interested in me because he was her soul mate (she was with another guy at this time) So he asked me want to stir? I said yep and threw my legs up onto his lap and he leaned over and touched me as she walked in the door. WHOA the feeling of him putting hi hand on me was electric never ever felt that way before. well I went home that night and told my mum that I had met the man i was gonna marry and guess what we did. So 10 years together and 6 years married oh yeah and at my wedding one of the tegrams read. "Okay thats enought Jokes over it isn't funny anymore hehe"

When I was in my first year at Univeristy studing nursing, I was 17 years of age, and had been talked into going to the UNi pub with a nursing mate. Back then we only had the paper ID's and my friend had a spare, so I quickly learnt how to forge her signature. This was the first time I drank alcohol too. The first drink I ever had was a Kahlua and Milk.... Well, you could say I was a little tipsy, and ran into an OLD primary school guy that I hadn't seen for a long time. He was there with a group of friends and my partner Andrew, just had happened to be one of them... it was his birthday. He was all dolled up in a shirt, tie and nice pair of pants.... I tell him now that I had beer goggles on and am stuck with him, but I thought he was the hottest guy in the pub. :)

I met my husband this way, and we got to writing each other snail mail (we were in different states in the U.S.) and then phone calls.. and then a year later we met. And a very short time after that we got married!
I was dating my grad partner who's parents were my landlords. My boyfriend was never around because he was off skate boarding and smoking pot with his friends (the usual 18 year old thing). So I would hang out with his step mom Vicki and dad hopeing and waiting for him to come home and maybe spend time with me. Then one day I was sitting there with Vicki hepling her forget about one of her son who she was worried about because he was off fighting a forest fore some where and she heard on the news that 3 fire fighters had died in that same forest fire. She was waiting for a phone call good or bad so I sat it her and then there was a knock at the door and this older guy walks in and I jsut died. He was wearing his fire fighter uniform and he made me milt (sounds cheese but I was 18 years old) . So we started hanging out and became really good friends. But i had meet another guy in the mean time and I moved away and Roy talked to me all the time and we developed something more then friendship. I knew if I stayed with the current boyfriend that I would end up abused and hurt so I left before that happend. My Roy picked me up from the airport and we have been together ever since. I also found out that Roy's other brother was gonna sk me out whenhe heard I broke up with the step brother/grad partner so I that that was funny too. Hey I like to keep it in the family what can I say.
I met my hubby online, he was 17, I was turning 16 in a few months and it was on a teen chat thingy.. My sister was talking to him at first which was kinda odd and she sent him my picture and he liked what he saw!(she was a little pissed about it, hehehe) So I signed up onto that site and found him and we were talking and we finally set up a date to meet.. Well actually it was our first date(we were mainly talking to each other before we saw each other and I didn't care what he looked like) at the Calgary Stampede and we have been together ever since!! (once he picked me up I knew my dad would love him because he was driving a 1985 Camaro)
(My sister had his cel number and while she was in Nova Scotia visiting after she had her baby and I was over at my parents house(I did not live at home) and was in her room and saw the number and ripped it up )

Well he was asleep in the middle of a dance floor hanging onto a pole. Drunk too............a real catch you could say. I told him you cant sleep there they will chuck your sorry butt out. Oh and the rest is history, apart from the X rated parts I cant mention and am too embarassed to......use your imagination..........LOL
However he did ask me to go home with him and I politely told him Im not that kinda girl, and he said how refreshing. Then he rang me like 6.00 in the morning and I was just getting home, to see if I got home alright....................aaaaaaaaawwwwwwhhhhhhh............LOL
Well..... we knew eachother for about 12 years (yeah little tackers!) I hated his guts!!! then 3 years ago our feelings for eachother changed! dunno how, i think an angel in heaven brought us together... channy
so no laughing! ok i was seeing this loser, and joe was seeing another loser, and they both ended up sleeping together behind joe and my backs. joe and i knew each other but had barely said 3 words to one another, but when we suspected them cheating, we swapped numbers just to do a bit of detective work on them both. anyway they admitted to it and joe and i broke up with our losers, and went our seperate ways. a few weeks later i got a very random phone call, and we started chatting regularly via a WAP site on our phones. eventually we became quite close, and i invited him down to my housewarming party, and he drove 3 hrs to come to it. and he never left!!! we still live in the same house to this day.
I met my gorgeous god when I was working for my dads company, it was a wholesale company and Jason (hubby) worked for a retail outlet and he used to come and pick up goods. I thought he was a total idiot and used to make fun of him yes nasty little cow I was. He had the hots for me and was forever asking me out. Two years he tried but I was always seeing someone else, he came into work one day and asked me out again I said no and he said ok well thats the last time I'm going to humiliate myself and he walked out. Something clicked and I said ok then, we went out after work and have been together ever since 14 yrs, I was 21 he was 19.
