My Mum came up with the idea to collect funny saying, so I thought I might help her out and have some fun too, and so can you!
Saying's such as "That's the pot calling the kettle black"..."Killing two birds with one stone"..."Going off like a frog in a sock"..................."I could eat a horse"..................."see you round like a rissole.
Thing that if you were from a non-englih speaking country & some one said to you, "How they hangin?", you might stare in wonderment. Just imagine learning a new language & someone stating to you that they "could eat the crotch out of a low flying duck" for example.......That's the kind of thing we're after...world wide but in english (might even be funnier if the translation is a bit dodgey lol).
she might eventually publish (he elf publishes @ her own expense) a book if she collects enough of them.
