The Red Tent

by LibbySComment Published at 03:3203:323 comments3 comments18 Visits18 VisitsReport

Hey, just wondering if any of you have read The Red Tent by Anita Diamant. It's a very moving story about mothers and daughters, and the cycles of women. Very moving. Anyone else read it? I'm keen to discuss it - so if you haven't read it go and get it! Very emotional.

Having just found the joy of reading again, I'm open to suggestions so will have to track this one down and put it in the queue of reading.

Re: The Red Tent

Sounds like something I would probably like so will get it this week if it is in the library. I am about to take back  Mom's Marijuana by Dan Shapiro. The title is a bit deceiving but it is about a mother's love of her son and his battle with cancer, hodgkin's disease. I like true stories and things that make sense of the relationships of the world. Thanks
