well it hasnt even been a day and im already suffering im craving chocolate so bad.. and ive tried that whole smaller portions thing.. and it jus left me hungry.. i sat there and watched my partner and daughter eat until they were full and wish i could do it to.. i really wanna lose weight but dont know if im strong enough..

I'm in the same boat
Hi Raychie, I had a happy figure before bubbies too, I have the post baby tummy real bad...skinning legs and arms - 5foot11 and big tummy and boobies, so yes looks quite funny. Need my figure back.

Stick at it girl...I'm with you all the way.

How much do you want to lose each week, month, what are your goals....

Positive thinking raychie

The 1st week is the hardest. If you have the support of your family then you are doing well.

When you dish up your meals use a small plate for yourself, it wont look asthough your eating less coz your plate will look full (reverse phsycoligy).  Take your time eating your meal so you arent sitting there watching the rest of your family eat . Have a glass of water before you have your meal, this generally makes you feel a little fuller before you have even eaten.

Keep at it, your doing well.
