I am a 25 y.o mum from Australia with a 10 month old baby and I am 11 weeks pregnant with number 2. Prior to falling pregnant with our son, I had a full time job in Employment Services which paid good money. My husband was a construction worker who had a bad back injury and was unable to work in the industry anymore. He had spent the past few years screen printing and setting up his own business as to not injure himself. We were cruising along fine until last September when I was due to go back to work from Maternity leave. I was so devastated, I spent every waking moment trying to find a solution so I did not have to leave my son and go back into the cut throat corporate world. We decided to expand hubby's business and become a promotional products/ screen printing business where we could do it from home. We constructed a business plan and set up our website and off we went. We are now 5 months into it and I now know how unprepared I was. We are struggling financially worse than ever!! I am so scared I made the wrong choice! I was even looking for part time work until I found out number 2 was on the way! We have spent countless hours marketing and pushing our service out there and have found it tough. I do still see the light at the end of the tunnel, but wonder how long the follow on effect takes. I do get to be here with my son, but the financial pressure is really taking its toll... Has anyone else gone through this battle, and if so are you ok now?

I see a lot of people joined this group if anyone has a great job they do from home, other than the number one job looking after your children and would like to share please do, I no there is a lot people out there looking for a job they can do from home so they can be home with there kids. I have two that I do and I love them both.
