My advice has been disabled - HELP..

by judyhComment Published at 23:3123:312 comments2 comments29 Visits29 VisitsReport

The contents that i had posted on the parenting advice belong to me. But they do appear on several sites because i had given site owners the permission to republish my contents (with the condition that they link to my website).

The copyright is 100% mine and there is no way to prove it because other sites who uses my articles did not give me credit for that, except with a link back to my website. Can this be a good enough reason to prove that i own the articles and have minti restore them soon ?

thanks

judy

Re: My advice has been disabled - HELP..

I ran a site for autististic adults untill recently. One of the barriers I came up against was copyright. It took me three days to track down the correct laws on forum copyright. I don`t know what laws you are applying to your copyright, but , everything posted in an open forum belongs to the forum owner. There is no copyright per se, unless you are saying that you applie and paid to have your material copyrighted, that would be a different matter.
