I think it's a timing issue (so it is being changed, but perhaps not shown on the site). I'll post an update here once I know more.

I am very, very, very sorry for reporting this problem and not giving you all the information. I worked in tech support myself and I KNOW what information to give. This will be a lesson to me. (For the record, I was using IE 6 on Windows XP Office- not my normal browser in the evenings.)

Anyway, the changes I made are now showing up. If this happens again, I will be a better friend and help you out.

i just tried to update my family settings and it didn't change, it let me save it, but nothing changed.. it stayed the same..

now, how can i tell you what web-browser i'm using??
