If you are experiencing a bug within Minti, or getting error message, it will help the techs investigate the problem if you can do a screen shot of the problem.
How to do a screen shot :
- Make sure that the window is open to the part of the page you want to take a picture of.
- Hold down alt and prt sc button at the same time. (Screen print button is on the top right of the keyboard).
- Open the Paint program.
- On the Paint program, click on Edit and then scroll down to paste and click on it. Your screen shot will now open within Paint.
- Click on File and scroll down to save as and click on it.
- A window will pop up. On the top of this window pick somewhere you want to save your picture in the Save in area.
- On the buttom part of the window go to file name and name your picture.
- Go down to Save as type and scroll down to JPEG
- Click on save.
- You can now upload the picture on Minti the same way you would post pictures in your blog.
Other ways to do a screen grab/screen shot is if you have a program like SnagIt. |
