Growing up so fast!

by mrscrumleyComment Published at 03:4103:418 comments8 comments42 Visits42 VisitsReport
My son is 21 months. That is what I keep telling people when they ask me. But as soon as I say 21 months, their brains do the math, round up and their mouths say, "Oh, 2!"

No, 21 months. He doesn't turn 2 until October. Such a silly thing. I just want to love the age he is right now. I can't think I have a 2 year old until he turns 2 in October.

My smart little girl
I just have to brag about my 15 month old daughter, she is so smart! She can fetch her boots, shoes, diaper bag, coat, anything I ask for. She can take things that need throwing away, walk from the living room into the kitchen, put it in the trash and then come back. She climbs into her little rocking chair in her room with a book and sits there "reading".  The other day she sneezed and I said "oh, you need a tissue", and she ran over to the table, pulled out a tissue and brought it to me. She is my third child and is doing all of these things much sooner than her brother did. She makes me so proud!

Little Personality
My son is 20 months old and has such a lovable personality. He blows you kisses and gives big hugs and laughs and smiles nearly all day. Unfortunately though he screams the place down when he realises i'm leaving to go to work... major separation anxiety though he calms down when i'm gone and plays with his step dad just breaks my heart to hear him so upset to see me go.

Not sure I can keep up

My son is growing up so fast im not sure I can keep up with him. he is only 20 months and Im sure he is already in the terrible 2's. On the down side he doesnt say many words only 2 or 3. He walks and runs and climbs over the furniture. A couple of time we have had to grab from going right over the top of the lounge.

oh the joys of motherhood

My baby is walking.

I'm so sad she has not stayed a baby for longer.  As this is my last I wanted her to stay little for a little while longer.  But no I think she is in competition with her older brother.

As much as I want her to stay my baby she does have a funny character and I would love to see that blossom.  He makes us laugh making noises just to get attention.

She just has to grunt and my son says "no ella".  She knows how to get him cranky now.  It's going to be a bumpy ride but this is what it's all about.  They are becoming a little person.

I have a boy and a litle girl.  But I think their gendres got mixed.  My son is gentle and my daughter is the rough and tumble.

Oh well get prepared for the stubbon 2 year old it's only around the corner.

O
