Hi all I am a new minti member and would like some feedback on my beautiful 3/12yr old daughter.
She is a very strong minded and independent girl who has a new 7 month old sister. She is used to lots of love and cuddles. The love is still there of cause but the cuddles have decreased and aren't coming on demand due to the new addition to our family.
Roma is retaliating with hitting, punching and slapping - I have never smacked my girls and don't wish to so respond with time outs, quiet talking toos, removing something (eg turn tv off) and am followed with either a raised voice or you don't love me...so clever.
Any suggestions would be wonderful. She is more aggressive to my husband I think because he plays more rough with her than me. |
