Title says it all! - If you had a boy, what would have been his name if he was a girl? - And if you had a girl, what would have been her name if she turned out a boy?! hehe
My Duncan would have been Wendy if he turned out a girl!
Re: What would have been the name of your child if they would have been the opposite sex?
I thought I was having a boy called Nicolas Andre. The whole pregnancy from about 3 months I was saying "him" and calling the baby "Nicky Mouse" but I had a girls name chosen as well. Stephanie Elka. When she was born and after they convinced me that the girl was in fact mine (I didn't believe them and kept asking where my son was!) they asked if I had a name chosen. I took her in my arms and said "Her name is Hannah Jade" and I'm still not too sure where the name came from as it's not one I had been considering through the pregnancy. I think if I ever have another, I'll probably go with one of the 2 names I had chosen originally. I love the name Hannah Jade and it really does suit her but i still like the other 2 names.

If my daughter were born a boy she whould have been Zeth Thomas or Chevy Robert. The end decision was going to be made when the baby was born. Which did the baby look like Zeth or Chevy.
Alexander was going to be Charlotte and Charlotte was going to be Thomas. we would of been stuffed if we has 2 girls as we cant agree on any others we like and we are scottish (hubby is) and wanted to keep the scottish names

I always felt since I was aboout 12yrs old I would one day have a daughter & she would be called Phoebe after my mum (whose name is Kay Phoebe)10yrs ago this dream came true! I flipped the initials also & called her Phoebe Kiara. Thank god she was a girl cause her dad wanted a boy called ... Sebastian! No prob there..except that this was the name of a rather nasty bucking horse I owned as a child & did not remember fondly at all... Im just so very grateful she was a girl!!
If Francis was to be a girl my hubby would have chosen Laurie-anne.. Not sure on his spelling of it... But he had this name chosen before we were even married... LOL So there was no budging him....
I was positive I was having a boy, right from the morning I found out I was pregnant, so we never really decided on a girls name.
We thought about Keeley, but then at 4mnths along, our next door neighbour had a baby girl and called her Keeley. After that we just stuck to boys names..... Lucky Rylan came out a boy!!
