Mosquito bites

by cheekymonkeyComment Published at 04:5704:572 comments2 comments50 Visits50 VisitsReport

Hi all, just thought I'd put this here. I've had a real bad prob with mozzie bites on grub this year, he swells up terribly and they take about a week to reduce in size. Well, finally found an excellent solution.  No mozzie sprays etc

Went to the health food shop and they have a product called Mozzie Free. It's a vitamin b solution. So I give him one dose/day, any of the bites he had reduce to virtually nothing overnight, and after taking it for a week, they mozzies won't go near him.

Though other people might like to know about it.....

I had to put him on this because he swells soooo badly, and although the doctor did recommend the use of an antihistamine, they made grub really hyper and aggro...not good. Since he's started on the b supp, they won't even go near him.

After a bite
If a mozzie happens to bite try dabbing some vinegar on the bite and it will usually stop the itching  and the bite goes down much faster.
