kidney failure

Hey Mummywif2,

i'm not sure if this will be the same situation but last January my kidney's had shut down my lungs and heart were begining to shut down when i was treated (see profile). Anyway i was very sick, i remember being in so much pain i begged god to take me with him and could not stop vomiting. The only thing i could keep down was water as everything else came back up within minutes. I'm not sure if this was related to my illness or the fact that my kidney's had shut down. So you might want to be prepared just incase, if its kidney related your son could become very ill quite soon. Have you discussed this with your local G.P. he/she could give you alot more insight as to side affects, medication etc.

kidney failure

my son sees a renal specialist every 6 months for a blood test to keep an eye on the kidney function at the moment he doesnt need dialysis but will eventually. The specialist isnt telling me anything at the moment so i have no idea what i am facing

The specialist said to me that they will see any affects in the blood tests before we see it in him
