Pocket Money

Since I gave up work almost four years ago I have tried a number of things, all with differing degrees of success. I did mystery shopping for a while - great fun at first, but after doing the same clients over and over again I got bored! I still can and do when they call me but I don't volunteer for jobs. My sil made a fair bit of money doing this and was given a night away with dinner etc... as a job! I have also tried doing surveys etc... online but find this takes a lot of time for little reward.

In the meantime I also sell quality childrens resources from home via the Learning Ladder. This is great and we get great books, toys etc... for our home at discounted prices (if not free). It is largely party plan but I also do individual orders for people who just want a number of things. i enjoy the feeling that I am doing something!

And last but not least my latest venture is selling stuff on ebay - will let you know how this goes!

I am making a bit of extra money.

The way this works is people are paying for other people to be their referral on sites. Yes it does cost a little bit of money. Usually a small s/h fee or a trial offer. I have made ove $800 since the 27th of december. It all went to groceries(we have 6 kids), but at least we had it. No you won't get rich but you can make a little extra in your spare time. Let me know if you are interested.

Work from home suggestions and pocket money

I deliver the junk mail catalogues you get in your mail every week. It won't make you rich, but it gives me a little bit of pocket money for a few hours work per week. And I don't even really consider it work. I get paid to exercise. I enjoy walking, and by getting paid to do it, motivates me to keep doing it. I have also got my older kids joining in now and helping me out for a bit of pocket money each week.

If you are interested, just look in your local newspaper for walkers under the part time/casual section. They are always looking for walkers. You start off with one area and then increase it if you like. The more areas you walk, the money you earn, and the more exercise you get. (And it's great to be able to read all the sales and specials before any one else gets them lol)

Hi there

I do undercoverwear, it cost me nothing to register(my manager paid my $11 registration) and i paid of my kit over 8 fortnights, all you need is 6 friends and $11 to join. We have 4 launches of clothes a year, and the clothes arent overly expensive. Yes it is party plan but the good things about it are you you get good quality clothes half price, good comission and you don't have to do deliveries or collect cash. Once you do your parties, your hostess collects the money and deopsits it via bpay or the post office and within 10 days of receipt the garments are sent to the hostess to distribute. And the support base is second to none. You are in business for yourself but not by yourself. If you have any questions please contact me.

I am also an UnderCover Wear consultant. I beleive that joining last October was the best decision that I ever made. It allowed me to find a little freedom in my day and made me fell as if i was contributing to my family financially.
