Welcome to the Working Moms/ Stay at home dads group! I hope to see both moms and dads here with their input.

I find that since the roles are reversed from what we (my husband and I) kind of grew up with (both his parents worked, my mom didn't work consistently) that we have to work harder to communicate what the expectations are and what we need to make our family/ house work.

Any tips? Stories? Vents? Let's hear it!
