No, it isn't a scam, I've also won things in both Take 5 and That's Life....haven't won a prize from puzzles for a while, but the last win came from the Take 5 pocket puzzler where I won a set of 3 cosmetic bags worth $40.

I've contributed things (photos, sayings etc) with the latest in last week...$25 for me I think...and my Mum's Blooper put in another recent issue $50 for me...I've also had Letter of the week and won a biro pack worth $100.

My first win was a cd/radio player worth$250, that's my biggest win so far...but I'm aiming for the car (aren't we all...) So good luck! If you're not in it, you won't win.

in answer to your question i have won various things cheque for two hundred dollars a sunbeam shoulders and back massager and various other small things
