It sounds like you have Javascript switched off on your browser (probably Internet explorer) as these functions require Java to be installed and working.

We strongly recommend using Firefox as your browser on Minti as there are almost never any such issues with Firefox which can be downloaded for free from here:

i tred again this morning. i was able to vote on an article yippee

its do frustrating because i didnt write down the three i wanted to vote on last night

i was able to find one and i voted on that . now to serach for the other two

It can take a while for the system to register your vote.  I noticed it too but found if I waited a few seconds, it would finally catch up.
