Thank you for your request. Unfortunately we cannot give you permission to reproduce information from the Better Health Channel on your website. This would contravene the legal agreement we have with our content partners.

We are happy for you to provide a link to information on the Better Health Channel. However there are a few conditions:
·        The link cannot be used to indicate endorsement, approval or sponsorship of your website, your organisation or its services.
·        If there are fees involved in the use of any part of your website, it should be noted that the Better Health Channel is a free service provided by the Victorian Government.
·        No charge of any sort can be attached to the availability of BHC information. For example if you have a subscription section on your site, the BHC link should not be placed inside this subscription area. If this is not possible it should be clearly stated that the BHC is a free service provided by the Victorian Government.
·        The link to the BHC website cannot be used as any part of a revenue generating mechanism to promote your organisation or its services.
·        Any link to the Better Health Channel must be immediately removed if this is requested by Better Health Channel.
