melt 2 tblspns butter in large saucepan. Add 2 tblspns plain flour and cook 2 mins. Add grated carrot and zuchinni and chopped onion or shallots. Add approx 2 cups milk and 1/2 cup cream slowly until sauce thickens. (if too runny thicken with a bit of cornflour)Add a tin of creamed corn, a tin of tuna and a good handful of grated cheese. Lastly add approx 1 - 2 teaspoons of chicken stock powder. I usually serve mine with spiral pasta but it is also yummy with rice or mashed spud. |
