Its been a difficult year so far but are on the way up now. Shane has been suffering from severe bullying for the first 6 months, since my brother and I approached dept of education and DOCS shane is getting more assistance at school. Although still very difficult for him, I am learning that you have to be very vocal and tough to get help which is appalling. I also have found that allowing others to help me discipline does not work, it is very confusing. Whilst a family member took over and disciplined shane his behaviour detiorated, once I stopped allowing this shanes behaviour dramatically improved. Only 1 chief works for these kids thats for sure.
