How many people have felt sick after eating at the BIG M? thats right i am talking about McDonalds.
Being a former worker in the maccas industry i know what sort of junk goes into it....and it really is disgusting!
I have also had food poisoning a number of times from eating mcDonalds....it wasn't very nice.
Ever since me and a few others have left, the quality of the restaurant in dubbo has gone downhill.
They serve burgers (accordings to my cousin) that have been stomped on,
They dawdle whilst getting the meal so by the time you get it its all cold and yucky, they don't follow the training routine AND it's always a pigsty....never clean!
Anyway, don't go to dubbo maccas, go to red rooster instead, they are always fresh and never packed to the door!

Okay in Toowoomba queensland we have a pizza place called Ferdinandos.

It is just a fantastic pizza!!!!! Yum yum yum It is a bit more expensive than the usual pizza hut dominoes eagle boys etc..... but it is worth the money. I personally find that when we buy pizza from one of the chain stores that we have to buy quite a few. With teenagers like we have they eat a bit. My teens can eat a half a pizza on their own but when we buy from Ferdinandos they struggle with two pieces. That is great value to us hehe. After eating their pizza we all go home with a smile on our face and our boutton on our pants undone hehe.

If you are ever up this way In Toowoomba give them a try they are great and friendly too thats always a bonus

 

I am so glad this group come up since I was chatting about this last week .... It is a great idea !

I will start off on a positive note (I could go on for ages about the bad) ... But I have a great review for a local pizza place we order from often ... I call in the order and my husband picks it up on the way home from work.

It is the best pizza I have ever had in my life ! They hand toss the dough right there (most chains do not) and you can go in (to dine in) and you will see the guys working hard flipping the dough in the air ... such talent ! The order is always correct down to the last detail and they pay special attention to every need when packaging the order ... utensils, napkins, crackers with your salads, dressings/sauces on the side, even little paper plates ! All without having to ask for such things ! The food is always very fresh and large portions for what you pay ... reasonably priced ! A great variety on their menu, not just pizza, but sandwiches, homemade pastas, even veal parmigiana served with spaghetti, bread and salad for eight bucks ... and this is a fast food restaurant ! We usually get the "super" pizza which is with everything ... at other places a pizza like that is so goopy and heavy with just too much stuff on it to enjoy .... But this "super" pizza always has just a little of everything .... just enough to get all the flavors and not be a big goopy mess ... it trully is super !

Uh oh ! I can see a downside to this group : The restaurant I am talking about is the only one and it is in East Tennessee ! But if ever you are in the area near Knoxville Tennessee (or even passing through on your way to somewhere else) you must visit "Pizza Palace" ... phone number is (865) 524 4388 .... They even have parking spots with a speaker at your window so you can order from your car and eat right there !

I watch the food channel on tv often and I see great restaurants reviewed in other areas that I like to keep in mind in case I do visit that area I will know a good place to eat ... so it's possible that sometime you all might be able to visit the "Pizza Palace" in east Tennessee ... Keep it in mind ! I give it five stars for friendliness, great food fast at a reasonable price !  Yumm !

Hi there,Is it just me or does there seem to be a general over all poor quality in the fast food industry????We got take away twice over the last week-end,both meals were really awfull.service in one shop was great though.the girl in the red rooster out let was very abrupt and sour (maybe she should've furthered her education)as she didn't enjoy her jobregards Merle
