Trying to Quit

I am 39yrs old, I have been smoking for 20yrs or more. I have now decided it is time to quit. Its not the first time I have tried in the past 2 years. I am looking for members who would like to Join me.

If you are a non smoker you are also welcome to give us your support. Please do not preech to us how bad it is as we all already know.

I have tried so hard over the weekend not to grab a smoke. The hardest imes are when I have a cuppa. Over the weekend I have had 8 in total. So not to bad.

How are you going Yummymummyof 3. Have you picked a date to quit yet.

I thought there would be more people too.

I would love to join you, I am 35 and have been smoking for at least 20 years, I decided as from the 1st of July I would give them away, I will need all the support I can get x
