I love having curly hair, it is so versatile. I can have it really curly, pull it back tight and have it relatively smooth, or starighten it out if I want to . If it was straight I would have to pay a fortune to do something with it.

Has anyone ever noticed that most people that have straight hair want it curly, those that have curly hair want it straight?

My hair is straight, long, and tangled more often than not and I don't care too much about it. It's there, it grows, and if I'm going out somewhere and want it to look okay I can beat it into submission when I need to.

I have ringlets and i hate them!! The way i manage my hair is to wash it before i put it up, i have to tie mine up, if i brush it when its semi dry it just goes all frizzy and i have curls at the bottoms and the top half is just a frizz ball..

I use to straighten my hair everyday but i really cant be bothered anymore.Now i just have a shower when i get up, brush it and tie it up.

Hi Cath, my hair is naturally wavy. I get ringlets underneith and it is pretty much straight at the top. Wonderful hair for dreadlocks!!! When i get lazy and dont brush it for a day, i always pay for it!!

I have just had my hair cut, so i have actually been taking the time to do it properly, and straighten it all out. But before, my hair lived in a boring old pony tail.

I am one who suffers with the same issue!! You should see my hair today it is curly and fluffy and wild! What annoys me is that unless I put some sort of product in it, it is like a mop! Of course it isn't good for my hair to constantly have product in it.

I like to use the pantene curl defining mousse as it tends not to be too heavy and can give the curls more definition.

I had straight hair for my wedding which was only the second time in my life. It looked awesome but it took two hairdressers to achieve the result!

My hair is straight but it does it own thing. I hate it but wouldnt want curls either. I brush my hair it stays in one place for maybe 5 minutes before it is all over the place again. Tried tying it up out in 5 seconds, Tried hairpins out in 5 minutes. My hair really has a mind of its own

I have straight hair but it is wavy when really short (like now) i hate my hair as it is soo thick and when long it is really heavy. short hair looks nice but i miss tieing it up and braiding it.

i have wavy hair always have and i love it. yes it loves doing its own thing but as long as i dont sleep with wet hair(thats when it goes all over the place) i dont mind.

left side is different to right side but it adds character. besides the guys always love it. its like yourve just tumbled out of bed.

oh by the way i used to brush my hair when i was in my 20s and 30s but i let my hair dry naturally and then run my fingers through it. its better no frizz when i brush or comb it sometimess i regret it because thats when its less managable.

when i get my foils redone just for a change i have it straightened but that is only every two months or if im going somewhere special. its just to look different

but i love my wavy hair and i thank my mum she had curly hair.the bottom of my hair forms its own ringlets and i love that people spend money just to get that affect

My hair is naturally wavy andi absolutly hate it i have t tied up most of the time but when i do have it down i have to iron it yes you heard right my hair is soo long the straightners really pull my hair so i do it with the iron LOL

lol...ever thought of cutting it short?.....i have wavy hair that tends to frizz in wet weather..however keep it short..saves alot of time ...

When I was about 5, my hair was curled for a wedding and it looked so cuute.. haha
I was the flowergirl. LOL

I can see what you mean about the curly hair though :)
