Q&A is for posting parenting related questions. There are constant on-going problems with members posting announcements, notices, tit bits of information and questions about non-parenting issues in the Q&A. The Admin has declared that all such things should be reported and removed from the Q&A. This leaves a void that needs to be filled and this group is designed to fill that void.
If you want to get a non-parenting question or information to all members of Minti in one post and be seen, this is the group to do it in.

Wooo,neat group and thanks for inviting me. I have two really neat and each wonderful in their own way,announcements! Dramamom,a fellow Canadian and actually member of my town has given birth to a beautiful Baby boy,Nathaniel! So welcome to Oshawa and to Canada and to this big wonderful world. And a very warm and special welcome to Jessgore who joins Canada by becoming a citizen! She is of course Aussie first but didn't Canada do very well in getting her too! I'm excited and proud for both fair Ladies and think their news is beyond neat! |

In a newsletter from work a while back they informed us that a programme called Parent rescue was starting on Wednesday the 26th September and went for 6 or 8 weeks. I missed this Wednesday as an emergency came up but I was wondering if it actually was on as it sounded really good. I didn't see it in the TV guide last week and didn't buy the paper this weekend but if anyone has a guide at home and can check for me and give me a time it would be appreciated. |

I love the idea of using links here on Minti but.....
I am having trouble renaming the links. Everyone else seems to be able to do it and it looks soooo much neater than having the garbled looooong link.
How do you all do it? It's even driving my husband mad! And he's the tech of the family.
Please share the secret with me. I want to use here on Minti and on the website I'm creating.

I just thought someone might be interested in this. It is advertising as well as lots of helpful tips for bedtime routines for youngsters. There are suggestions for lots of age groups. I would have posted it under advise, but not in the mood to be reported! lol. Cranky pants mode here! Non stop fighting....

I've just posted a Q. When I went back to check answers there was a Q well you can't really call it a Q called Hi, anyway I tried to answer it as 2 others had and admin stated it had been disabled I then went and did something else and when I returned the Q was still there with 1 answer. What is going on???? Any ideas??? |

Admin might not be posting much lately, but they are still watching what is going on. In particular they are currently keeping a close eye on these groups:
If you come across any bugs, glitches, viruses, etc; on Minti, post them in the Bugs Site Functionality Group, as Admin are keeping an active eye on that one for the techies.
Also, Admin are actively keeping an eye on the User Site Suggestions Group at the moment to gather ideas for improving the site in the not too far future, all things being well.
Both these groups are public, so anyone can join and post things.
