Re: Coeliac disease..need help please

You can google "kids with food allergies" it's a forum for parents of kids who have severe allergic reactions to foods. I *think* you have tp pay, but the parents I know who have joined say it is FULL of helpful ideas and recipes for cooking.

You can also find a local whole foods store. They will cost more, but I've heard they have some GREAT food choice there as well.

Also, you need to do some research on how to read lables properly. Sometimes gluten can be "hidden" in the ingrediants as another name.

Re: Coeliac disease..need help please

I can help lower the reactions you have if you accidentally ingest gluten...

You need to start drinking Aloe Vera Drinking Gel......Aloe Vera  has anti inflammatory, anesthetic, anti bacterial properties.. Drinking Aloe Vera Drinking Gel will help to work on he sensitivity to Gluten.....It is not a cure, but is will certainly help you feel more comfortable, by lessening your bodies allergic response to the gluten.

Message me with your email address and I'll gladly send you out more information (I can't send Minti mail for some reason...I can receive it though).
