Hi to you all at Minti,
Just to let you all know that hubby John has been in hospital for over a week now. He hasn't been well for a few months & our G.P. basically said, that all the pain John was in, was in his MIND!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Sunday before Xmas we were in Casuality (sent home), Xmas Eve we managed to see our G.P. & said because it was Xmas, everyone was on holidays. Boxing Day again we were in Casuality & again John was sent home. He could hardly eat anything nor open his bowels.
All our off spring are away, youngest in Perth starting his new job tomorrow after finishing 3 years at Uni, 2 in Melbourne & 2 in the U.K.
Last Monday 29th Dec., I thought we just can't continue like this as John had been spending most of his time in bed, so back up to Casuality. This time another Dr. was on-call & admitted John which was a week ago. Since then he has had Barium Meal, Abdomen Ultrasound & finally tomorrow (everyone's back), John's having a Colonoscopy. He has been on Morphine for the past 5 days. I just don't know whether I'm coming or going as I'm spending approx 9 - 10 hours a day up at the hospital.
Any Minti Mums out there, I'd really appreciate some support.
