Don't trivialise your issues
Please don't feel like that
At my DV workshop this week I shared an event that had upset me, later on in the session I heard a woman talk of an event that upset her I thought it was really bad and I felt silly for worrying about my "event"
Anyway after the session the lady came and said how she admired me for coping with what I had, I told her that I had been embarrassed I'd shared some of my story after listening to her
I was gobsmacked as she said that hers was nothing compared to what I had been through!!!!!!!!
All goes to show just because we hear of something happening to another person, maybe they too would be equally shocked at our issues
Everything that affects our health, particularly our mental state is a serious issue
