Been in the same job for 21 years but its changed and I hate it. Now our customers wait for sometimes 1-2 hours to be seen, We take longer to help them as no one specialises anyone we have to do everything not just 1 or 2 things. No organisation, absolute chaos in my opinion. The stress has reduced me to tears on more than 1 occasion. Customers sceaming at us for delays etc. |
