That says it all doesn't it? LoL.  I caved.  I had to see what the fuss is about, and seeing as you have to have an account to see anything, I joined.

The problem is, I have no idea how to do anything! I am hoping some of you full licensed facebookers will give some pointers...please...with sugar on top!

I won't be active on there much, as i have other sites to keep up with, but I though why not give it a go before condemning it. LOL.

Yep im totally addicted to the game FarmTown here on facebook

Its a game where you have your own avatar and you build up your own farm. You start off plowing little plots of land where you plant seeds. Let them grow til they are ready to harvest. You then harvest the crops or get someone else to do it for you and then sell them for coins. The more coins you make the more upgrades you can get for your farm eg, buying bigger land, buildings like a house, barn etc..., misc. items like windmills and fences to brighten up your farm. Once you get the hang of creating your farm and playing you just cant stop...

I MUST WARN YOU it is a very addicting game, you know your addicted if you cant stop thinking of your farm even when your logged off and to the extreme you start dreaming about it and playing it in your head... LOL...

I just wish i was able to look after my real life plants iike i do with my FarmTown crops... hehehe... Im no green thumb in real life....

Hi there, I too have a serious facebook addiction, I'm a stay at home mum, and 2 years ago we moved away from our home town so its the main way I have of keeping up with everyone!!

yes 2- or 4-10 times a day lol, If I'm having a bad day I could be there all day depends who's online...

have you heard of the new application called page rage, it allows you to add a colourful layout to your facebook profile, not quite as intricate as myspace but its getting there!!!

so look up page rage!!!

My name is Tina and I'm a Facebook-aholic.  I can't get enough.  I have to have my fix 2-3 times a day; sometimes more!  I'm afraid I may be neglecting the people around me to connect with old (and new) friends through computer technology so I'm using peer pressure to coerce family & friends to join with me.  You know what they say....misery LOVES company!!  Hahaha.  Seriously, though I"ve reconnected with so many good friends and I absolutely love looking at their photos to see what they've been up to! 

It's more sophisticated than MySpace (which I also have but rarely use anymore) but I do wish that it would allow for more creativity.  I liked the way I could personalize my MySpace page to a "T". 

Anyway, happy Facebook surfing.

Due to personal reasons and because I spend too much time on FB  I am giving myself some time out and will not be on FB for a while maybe I will return in the new year.  I may make some comments but generally I wont be around.

I will try and be more active on Minti, I feel that I have neglected it of late.

this msg is for everyone but especially for anyone in qld that can help.

if you can please go join this group and invite everyone who you can think of that can help at the rally it would be much appreciated.

the group is to help put two men in jail who hacked a puppy named peanut to death and filmed it on their mobile phones.

i wont go into detail because its very sick what these ppl have done, the maximum sentance for this crime is $75,000 in fines and a two year sentance and no1 has ever recieved more than 4 months, so there is a rally outside to courthouse to make sure these men egt the maximum for what they have done!
