Bibs for bubs

by emmysmumComment Published at 03:2503:254 comments4 comments62 Visits62 VisitsReport
We all know how many bibs a bub can go through when they first start having solids.
Rather than buying lots of bibs, cut up a couple of nice towels that don't get used often, it doesn't matter if they are old at all. Cut a neck area and then stitch some ribbon to the towel and there you have it....plenty of bibs for bub and you have saved lots of money on bibs!

Hey, I like that one!

Did you just cut a hole and pull it over, or did you put a ribbon tie?

i haven't yet done it.... but you cut a semi circle at one of the edges then stitch on ribbon to tie..... i think it would work both ways though.... just have to experiment!
Cheers

I guess you could do the velcro ones too. I like them the best.

You could make them out of cloth nappies as well - that would be good. Although, if you need bibs you probably need nappies too!! :)
