Here is my menu.
My favorite meal, the one we have every week is:
Chicken tacos. Cook the chicken and cut into strips or cubes. Place chicken back in pan. Add one can of corn, one can of drained black beans, one cup rice (cooked), and taco seasoning. Maybe add some water to help move the seasoning. Pile into a tortilla (we make our own) with cheese, sour cream, lettuce, and anything else (tomatoes, olives). Ready in 20 minutes or however long it takes to cook the rice. Or premake the rice and just add it and get it warm. |
