Here is one that's easy to make and it's very healthy:
Cook a pot of brown rice (1 cup brown rice to 2.25 cups of water, bring to a boil then simmer covered for 45 minutes)
After the rice is complete add 2 cans of black beans (drain and wash first)
Top with Salsa - You can also add avocado and tomatoes or red bell peppers.
Very healthy - helps to keep the body fat percentage low to achieve and maintain your six pack abs
