Pork Spare Ribs

 

 

Ingredients

·        1 tablespoon of soy

·        ¾ cup of water

·        1 cup of marmalade

·        1 teaspoon of garlic

·        pinch of pepper

·        1 teaspoon of ground ginger

Directions

 

·        mix all ingredients in container

·        heat oven to 220 degress

·        cook ribs in oven pan for 20 minutes

·        pour off fat

·        turn oven down to 180 degrees

·        pour over marinade

·        bake until marinade reduces

·        serve with chat potatoes and coleslaw

Give them a try, pretty easy and pretty yummy!

We had ribs tonight!  But i use american ribs, the skinny ones not the fatty ones and i do a marinade of brown vinegar, tomato sauce, brown sugar, soy sauce and garlic if you like, with a little cornflour to thicken it.  Need to taste to get that sweet sour tang.

Just another variation and they are super yummy.
