POPCORN CAUILIFLOWER

by SneakyLizardComment Published at 22:2922:298 comments8 comments130 Visits130 VisitsReport

This cauliflower is baked in the oven, the result is sweet and so much better than fries, or so my kids say.

1 head of cauliflower, broken into small pieces (like popcorn)

3 tablespoon olive oil

1 or 2 teaspoons salt

Place your cauliflower peices in a large bowl with the oil and salt and mi to combine

Place cauliflower on a baking paper lined tray and spead out

bake in a moderate oven for 1 hour,  turning a few times until cauliflower is mostly bowned and caramalised.

You are truly missing out on a real treat if you don't try this

Where on earth did you come across this idea? I'm game to give it a go though if it means my daughter will eat a vegetable! Thanks

Oh I love this! I could eat it all the time. I think I'll have it tonight! Sometimes we sprinkle a little paprika over it as well, or some other season salt. Yum Yum!

OMG, you have got to try this, even if you don't like cauliflower, it transforms it completely. My kids at a whole cauliflower between the 3 of them, lol.

I never knew that cauliflower would caramalize until I tried this!

Cheers ~Josie
