Parents of Multiples

Hello All,

I am really excited to be joining this group! I have twin girls born on Feb 9th 2006. Their names are Maddison & Teirabella, they are my pride and joy and being their mum has been the hardest and most rewarding job of my life. I am 32 weeks pregnant at the moment and in the beginning my husband and I were secretly hoping to have another set of twins. But I must say I am some what relieved now knowing I am only having one baby this time - another girl Lilliana.

I'm really new to this and really scared!!! Last week i found out i am having twins ( due date April 7th 2009 ), there are no twins in the family and i'm in complete shock.

Anyone out there in a similar situation?

Hi!  I'm a mother to 5 kids including twins (a boy and a girl).  They are now 7 years old. I absolutely loved being pregnant with twins, and loved taking them out in public in the pram to see peoples reactions. 

People often asked me if it was harder to care for twins than it was to care for 1 baby.  I'd tell them that it wasn't really any harder, you just had to do everything twice, and things took twice as long. The only real bad times we had was if they both fell sick at the same time (which was usually the case)

We are thinking about trying for baby number 6 and I would love to have twins again, however I don't know how my partner would feel about getting number 7 as well. LOL!!!

Sitting here posting comments and realized I didn't introduce myself. I'm a SAHM to almost six month old boys Lucas and Dillon. Have been here at Minti for a few days. Glad I found out about it. :)

Hi, my name is Leah and I'm a proud Mama of two little girls Lillian and Rosemary. They just turned 6 months and one week. They really are the love of my life. I love being the Mom of twins as it really is a completely different experience to raise two little ones at the exact same time. I'm so lucky to have been turned onto this site as I think it's a great place to check in with other parents and see what works for them. Children are so wonderful but they do sometimes leave me guessing. :) I look forward to making new friends and hopefully someday sharing advice. :)

Hello people....I just wanna know about mommies who have twin babies...I wonder how you manage 2 children....I know it will be very difficult but I wish and love to have twin babies...I have a strange question but just wanna know if there is anyway that you can give birth to twins..I am so desperate to have twins...Please help me if possible...Any advice?

Hi there, I am new to Minti and this group.  I am PG now with twins, one boy and one girl.  Twins are new to my family and so I really have no clue on what to expect.  I am here to get to know all of you and maybe get some advice....I hope.

Hello I am new to minti and also to this group.  I have fraternal twin girls that are almost 3 mths old. I am very excited that I found this site.  My girls names are Jaden and Jessie. I also have a 10 yr old son named Jimmy and a 3 yr old son named Jacob.  I am a very busy stay at home mommy. I love every minute of it. The girls are healthy and doing great.  I breastfeed them.  I would love any advice and if anyone needs some advice I would be happy to give it. My husband John and I are from Louisiana in the United States. I hope more ppl join this group as I would love to get to know other moms and  dads of multiples.
