Yep.. I'd hate that..  But you know what I also hate, is when you think your neighbors are smoking weed and you let the dog out only to realize it is actually a skunk...

Thankfully I have been able to get the dog in side before he found then skunk.

Is their anything else you can do about the neighbors?

Some people only think of their needs and not how their actions affect others.  I suppose they are just put in our lives to keep the variety going.  Sucks, but we need them all the same! lol.  yeah, nut case over this way!
