Paypal is the best option.  You don't need to have a credit card and it can be used at so many online places.  It is quick and easy to set up.  The only time you pay a fee is when you receive a payment and even then it is low.  This fee also covers transaction insurance just in case there is a problem.  I have even found an online craft shop that uses paypal.  Oh, and if you are and ebay/oztion trader, then paypal is great.  Also a great way of saving some money if you just leave it there to accumulate.  My partner gets paid to do blogs etc and our paypal account has paid for some luxury items we have wanted for ages and not had the funds for.

PayPal is the only option for the foreseeable future.

It's free and easy to set up. Plus works with all bank accounts as far as i am aware.
