i believe flowers are in the special occassions area... am i right?

I didn't see any flowers, there are only special occassion cakes

Actually I see roses. However, I think I discovered another problem.

For some reason, some of the items are faded out (meaning i can't buy them) even though I have tonnes of moolah left. I went to another member and there are still faded items but they are different items.

For example I went to one member (cant remember who now) but in the special gifts area the only things I could buy were air of love, sweetheart teddy, and strawberry sweetness.

I then went to 'send a gift to Clay' and the only gifts i can buy in the special area are air of love, strawberry sweetness, and sweet as roses.
