you have to have a average score of 4 or 4.5 stars from 10+ votes, well that is what i have figured out with getting mine.

 I'm with kseer, I read somewhere it depends on  how many votes & comments your advice gets.

I wrote an article a month ago and still no moolah. Guess not enough votes or something isnt working behind the scenes?

I think it depends on the votes.  I had one recently that seemed to get moolah ages after i wrote it, but it had been read and commented on recently.
