I have hay fever allergies which can be very severe sometimes. My eldest daughter has hayfever sawell we currently use Telfast tablets but I am researching some natural therapies I will put them here when I find the best ones.
I suffer the same! I have to take tablets every day - difficult as I'm breastfeeding, but if I don't it triggers my asthma. Anyway, my naturopath suggested tissue salts - I'm giving it a go and will let you know!
