Company Feedback Pretty Average...

At the end of the working week, only 4 out of 10 companies contacted below have even bothered to respond.

One can only assume that they are so over run with work right now, that they aren't able to handle their consumer enquries... Either that, or they haven't had time to pen a standard reply to fob people off.

I will give them a few more days, though I think that they have had ample time.   Has anyone else tried any of them?

Speaking of which, do help to make a list, I am not really a major choccy or lolly consumer, so I am not that familiar with the brands.

Well I tried the U.K versions of Cadbury and Nestle and still await an acknowlegement??????? We shall see, maybe they are all so over worked with Easter, that they are too tired to reply seven day's on??????. I also used contact us options, Cadbury U.K were hiding theirs and wanted only discontented consumers who had actually bought a product, Hey that gives me an Idea. Will get back to you all. Woooosh.

Go Winnie... I keep driving past that Cadbury's factory and grimacing... Lovely chocolate, but a little more effort in their response would be appropriate!  It is another public holiday here, but I will try their consumer info line later anyway.

I doubt it angie, as with the exception of a couple, I used their 'contact us' options on their websites.  With most decently structured companies, these emails would go on to their consumer info, or customer service teams.

My guess is that they aren't feeling enough pressure to take it seriously.

It's also possible that your email went into the junk mail filter, which is why they haven't replied
