Have you seen the Scarborough Fair Chocolate anywhere?

They look like good links ladies, thank for the info.  Online is probably the way to get the best variety but i am seeing lots of Fairtrade products around lately, a lot more than there ever use to be. 

Just a note too, i tried to buy something from Amazon (and assuming it is the same site) i was unable to purchase it.

You might not be able to get all of these in Oz, but try Cocolo and Chocolatier
