Hi guys,

It's time for another video and this is another serious topic . . Breast Cancer. So many women DON'T take the time to do a simple breast examination and the reason for this is that they just don't know how . . SO here is a video on the simple process, this video is made by a doctor and is very simple and easy to follow . .

Can you afford NOT to check yourself ! ! ! !

Alana, thankyou for putting this up for us....i have never heard of Dr, Chris but found this very informative more so then what i have been told before.

I watch Dr. Chris every week on our morning show-This Morning. He always explains things very simply and informatively. I have never seen this before however and I found it to be really good. I, myself have really lumpy boobs and have mastalgia so regularly check myself. I think the more info on the subject-the better. Greta stuff Kell. Lisa

I never knew there were so many ways to detect brest cancer.The only thng i have is a thing that hangs in my shower that shows how to check but its not as imformative as this. I get worried now cos my nipples are dry and i can feel lumps but i think cos im preggy ?? they werent like this before pregnancy tho.
