Yeah i agree with all the suggestions. Put her in the trolley if you can, even if you cant get a twin one. Be firm and this stage will pass. She knows it gets a reaction, so keep things to a minimum response from you. Firm but fast.

I can understand - my only solution is to secure them!  My little princess is a houdini though and climbs out of prams and trolley seats and even car seats (last week!).  Last week I took her to 2 shops, didn't get the pram out as it was a quick stop - and both shops she climbed into their window!  Fortunately didn't rbeak anything and and they weren't mad.  Bless her!

oh and id stup letting her get something if she is going to misbehave.. tell her when she be's a good girl and stays with mummie she can have something special... maybe

if possible can u get a twin trolly, and put both kids in it then she cant run away or try one of those harness things??
