Great Group

It is awesome to see so many people trying to keep fit whilst being parents.  Fitness seems to be the number one thing that is neglected when those precious bundles of joy come into our lives.

It took me ages to get into a routine but I found that if I had a goal to achieve then fitting in the exercise was much easier.  For anyone who knows me you will think hang on you have taken it to the extreme and I know I do choose big goals but without them exercise would be non existant.

So current goal is half marathon as part of the Bussleton Half Iron man in 6 1/2 weeks.  Started training 3 weeks ago.  It wont be fast and it wont be pretty but I am fairly sure i will make it.

So stay tuned, will let you know of progress.  Saying that I have a quack appointment in 1 hr 45min as my foot has been hurting and i haven't been able to run for a week.  Saying that though I have been on the bike twice to make up for it.
