I have had a hard time lately working up the desire to get out and exercise. However, I cam across an article yesterday that gave me the motivation to get out and do something. It always seems so overwhelming at first with all the weight I feel I need to lose and I often lose hope and the desire. After reading this article I realized I have to start somewhere even if it is as simple as walking around the block. Something is always better than nothing! It's a great article.
